Kaya naman para mafeel ni mister ang special day, nilutuan ko siya ng kanyang favorite na Crispy Tofu Sisig!
Here’s the ingredients:
3 tbsp oil for frying
1/2 kg firm tofu
1 pc red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pc chili pepper
2 pcs fresh long green chili (Siling Pangsigang)
Knorr Liquid Seasoning, to taste
Knorr pork cubes, to taste like pork
1/3 cup Lady’s Choice real mayonnaise
2 pcs calamansi
Steps:
▫️Begin by getting a shallow pan and fill it with cooking oil. Place your heat to high and when small bubbles appear, deep fry the tofu cubes until brown and crisp.
▫️Get a separate pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat.
▫️Sauté onion and garlic in oil and drop the fried tofu and chilies next.
▫️Add Knorr Liquid Seasoning and Knorr pork cubes according to your taste. Turn off the heat and add Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise and mix well
▫️Serve with calamansi and egg (optional) and that’s our dish! All you need is a big serving of rice because you will definitely eat more than usual.

Final verdict
The place has a very nice homey ambiance that a coffee lover always finds. Their menu also has a profound choice of dishes that I’m sure any age level will surely love.

Last May 28, Mega Prime held their first-ever PRIME MOM CLUB event; the Prime Kitchen Masterclass with on ground moms at The Mets Place Makati and virtual moms participants via Zoom.

This event aims to help more moms level up their cooking skills geared up with new kitchen techniques and recipes from back-to-back lessons from Chef Hazel aka “Cooking Ina” and Chef Gerick Manalo.
Chef Hazel introduced moms to Kusina Speak, a super interesting session that covered the basics of cooking, sauce making, and plating. The segment helped moms understand terms that will make them even better cooks – cooking terms such as searing, pan frying, saute, deep frying, and the like. This was followed by “Ready, Set, Salang,” where Chef Hazel skillfully applied the cooking terms into an actual dish–Corn Chowder with Pan-Seared Chicken.
Adding to the enthusiasm of the audience, Chef Gerick then wowed the moms with more advanced cooking techniques and his cooking demo of a mouth-watering Herb & Garlic-Crusted Salmon with Truffle Bechamel Sauce – a tasty and healthy dish that he then plated to perfection.

Also virtually present at the event was Prime Mom Club brand ambassador Marian Rivera who gamely welcomed the moms with some inspirational words that added to the positive vibe of the event.
